Our story

It was in the summer of 2004, over coffee in an office overlooking the legendary Old Trafford football stadium in Manchester, that the idea of ideasfoundry was born.

The proposition: to provide media-neutral, full spectrum branding services and real star-quality work. A strong belief in the positive power of branding, a passion for what we do and the urge to take on bigger challenges, without the bureaucracy of bigger agencies, brought together our core team of seasoned branding/marketing specialists and design evangelists who have been working on the consulting-side and client-side with a cumulative experience of more than 50 years.

Our industry insight and experience comes from consistently delivering mission critical projects for organizations such as Ogilvy&Mather, EuroRSCG, Yellow Pages, Human Factors International, Bridgestone, Infosys and Publicis Worldwide across Europe and Asia.

In the process we have won many friends (and some awards too) and most of all acquired a deep admiration for cross-disciplinary project teams – of clients, consumers, external consultants, key stakeholders, suppliers and our own internal teams. We continue to partner with our clients, their customers and our suppliers in the same spirit.

Our network extends around the world and we pride ourselves on our ability to think systemically, generate big ideas while addressing constraints and interpret or ‘translate’ brands for different cultures.

Creative challenges excite us – not the size of the project. We are media-neutral, which means that our solutions won't focus on a particular media every time. We love meeting new people and learning about different organizations, work cultures, countries and customs. And learning about how to continuously improve our own work processes.
